Privacy notice
The borbolycsaba.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) provides an internet service where the most important current news and information are presented. The Service Provider hereby considers it important to respect and enforce the user’s right to data management. Furthermore, it reserves all rights to copy any part of the portal by any means. The processing and use of text, photographs, audio or video material, data structures, or parts of the portal without the consent of the provider is prohibited. Any unauthorised use will be subject to criminal and civil penalties. The borbolycsaba.ro may claim compensation for the damage caused by the infringement.
Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, No. 24. and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), it has prepared its Privacy Policy, which contains the most important data protection, IT security rules related to the relevant records, in particular with regard to data management, its responsibilities, data transfer and disclosure, and data security requirements (detailed list of which is included in the definitions).
The purpose of the Data Protection Policy is to ensure that the data processed by persons on the borbolycsaba.ro site are subject to data security requirements and to prevent unauthorised access, alteration and unauthorised disclosure of data, and to set out the procedures for the management of the data protection records kept by the site.
Terms used in data management:

‘Data Protection Incident’ means an event affecting the security of personal data which results in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of or access to personal data.
‘Public interest data’ means information or knowledge, in whatever form or by whatever means recorded, which is held by a body or person performing a task of state or local government or a public task defined by law and which relates to its activities or arises in the course of the performance of its public task, and which does not fall within the concept of personal data.
Public interest information – information or knowledge which is held by a body or person exercising a State or local government function or other public function as defined by law and which relates to its activities and which is not covered by the concept of personal data and which is recorded in any manner or form.
Data subject -any natural person who is identified or can be identified, directly or indirectly, on the basis of specific personal data.
User – a data subject who uses, views or obtains information about the Service Provider’s services or the content produced by the Service Provider free of charge after registering on the website used by the Service Provider.

Newsletter – professional information sent electronically (e.g. by e-mail) to recipients in connection with the content available through the website used by the Service Provider or as part of the service provided through the website owned by the Service Provider.
Consent – a voluntary and explicit expression of the data subject’s wishes concerning the processing of his or her personal data, based on adequate prior information, by which he or she gives his or her unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, either in full or in relation to specific operations.
Marking of personal data – the marking of personal data with an identifier in order to distinguish it.
Data processing on the website
Placement of unique identifiers (so-called cookies) from external service providers (Facebook, Google) on the digital browsing device of the data subject visiting the websites owned by the Service Provider;
Purpose of the processing – to enable the user to comment on the content of articles and to ensure the availability of previously published articles in order to improve the services of the Service Provider in line with the interests of users. Direct sharing of the content available on the websites with users, promotion of any product, service or content of the Service Provider among users; operation of e-mail and telephone customer service: handling of user complaints, answering user comments.
Legal basis for data processing: article 6 (1) (a), (b), (f) GDPR.
Scope of personal data processed by the controller – For registration on the portal: surname, first name, username, e-mail address. For registration with a Google Account: name, nickname, profile photo, email address; For registration with a Facebook Account: name, gender, profile photo, cover photo, username and user ID (included in the URL of the data form), date of birth, Facebook community memberships;

In the case of offensive content, we will restrict or suspend the possibility to post comments and ban the user from our site temporarily or permanently.
Users must comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data in this area, as well as other data protection legislation.
