This was an excellent opportunity for participants to build connections and strengthen cooperation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Representatives from Romania: Harghita County Council; K\u00f3s K\u00e1roly Vocational High School; Babes-Bolyai University \u2013 Faculty of Geography \u2013 University Extension, Gheorgheni; V\u00e1mszer G\u00e9za Public Art School.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Europe faces a dual #challenge: a widening skills gap and regional disparities, worsened by demographic change. Vocational Education and Training (VET) is key to addressing these issues by providing practical, labour-market-oriented skills\u2014especially in disadvantaged areas.<\/p>\n<div style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On July 15\u201316, the inaugural #EASIConference took place in Brussels, bringing together experts, policymakers, and educators from across Europe to strengthen Vocational Education and Training (VET) through international cooperation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The opening day at the European Parliament and Committee of the Regions focused on aligning practice-based education with policy, supporting #NEET youth, and adapting #VET systems to the green and digital transition.
