\"\"On 9 July, the Committee on Education (SEDEC) elected Csaba Borboly, President of Harghita County Council, as rapporteur. After the Covid-19 pandemic, the Commission\u2019s recovery strategy will take place on the meeting on 9 July, and will ensure that the EU\u2019s digital switchover will be again the building of the youth employment- the sustainable competitiveness , social fairness and resilience are targeted in the program of the European skill agenda- helps to boost youth employment by setting ambitious and quantifiable targets for further training (development of existing skills) and retraining (acquisition of new skills) to be implemented over the next five years.<\/p>\n

Its 12 actions focus on skills for jobs by partnering up with Member States, companies and social partners to work together for change, by empowering people to embark on lifelong learning, and by using the EU budget as a catalyst to unlock public and private investment in people\u2019s skills.<\/p>\n

The aim is to ensure that the right to training and lifelong learning, enshrined in the European Pillar of Social Rights, becomes a reality all across Europe, from cities to remote and rural areas, to the benefit of everyone.<\/p>\n
